Please bear in mind that we make our garments to order and delivery can take 7-10 days to dispatch. Most items are usually dispatched quicker.

If you require your items for a specific date, please add your request to the information box during checkout.

We offer free returns up to 28 days after purchase providing that:

The item is unworn
The item is still in its original packaging
The item hasn’t been damaged in any way.

To return an item to us, you must call us on 01562637330 to request a return label. We will send you a return label to fix to your package and you can drop the item in to any Post Office. When the item has been received and checked by us we will issue your refund or your replacement item.

Our payment gateway is provided by Stripe.

Currently, we can accept payment from any major credit card as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

When your order is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.

Our factory will then begin creating your order. This can take 7-10 days for some garments as our products are made to order. Most items will be dispatched far quicker.

Once your order is complete, you will receive confirmation of dispatch and your invoice. 

Your order will arrive with you via your chosen courier.

You will receive an invoice at the point of dispatch from our factory.
